Contemporary Refresh

CONTEMPORARY REFRESH — kolektivna izložba savremene bosanskohercegovačke umjetnosti (29.07.–29.08.2016.) A collective exhibition of contemporary Bosnian art will be on display at Gallery Brodac from July 29 to August 29, 2016. Contemporary Refresh will show more than 100 artworks, including paintings, drawings, digital prints, photography and serigraphy. The main goal of this exhibition is to attract new viewers to the contemporary art scene of Bosnia and Herzegovina by presenting the best and the latest contemporary Bosnian artworks. During the summer Sarajevo is one of the main stations for tourists and visitors, which makes it the ultimate place for the art of Sarajevo. The specific goal of Gallery Brodac and this collective exhibition is to refresh the art market by supporting young artists and giving them the space to present their artworks. Gallery Brodac is a unique space focused primarily on the process of creating artworks — the perfect place for collectors interested in finding affordable artworks produced by different artists working in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the Balkan region and further internationally. Sarajevo has a lot of undiscovered talents and works to offer to local as well as international viewers and collectors. This gallery is at its own beginning and in its short history it has already been one of the most interesting art places in Sarajevo.
